Terms & Conditions

All memberships, class packs and drop-in single classes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

House of Pole reserves the right to amend the timetable at any time and to cancel any classes which don't meet minimum required numbers to run. In the event that you are booked onto a class that gets cancelled, your credit will be returned to you and you can book into an alternative class. We will do our utmost to minimise class cancellations and schedule disruptions.

Class Cancellation Policy

All classes are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Classes purchased as a "drop-in" single use class, monthly memberships and credits from class packs are included in this policy.

The 24-hour cancellation window means, if you are booked onto a class, you need to give 24 hours notice in order to rearrange the class and recover the credit. Any late cancellations (those within 24 hours of the class start time) will result in the credit being forfeited.

To rearrange your class, you must first unregister from the class you originally booked and then book an alternative class that suits you. This can be done by the customer if there is more than 24 hours between the deregistration and the start time of the class. You do not need to immediately book into another class. Rebooking can be done at a later time as long as you use all your credits before the end of the term for which they were purchased.

If you try to rebook your class less than 24 hours before the class start time, you will lose your credit. It will be forfeited. This policy is in place for all students and classes.

Monthly Membership Policy

Monthly memberships are debited on the first of each calendar month following registration.

Registrations made mid-month will be paid on a prorated basis. So if you start your membership on the 17th of April, you will be charged a prorated fee to attend class from that date onwards, and then the full membership fee again on the 1st of May with your full number of pack credits.

There is a minimum obligation of 3 months' commitment, after which you can cancel the membership with 28 days' notice over email.

This means if you sign up to a monthly membership on April 1st, the earliest you can cancel is July.  Pro-rated months where you begin your membership after the 1st of the month do not count towards the 3 month total.

For example, you started your membership in March. It is now July and you wish to cancel your payment for August. We must be notified before July 4th as that is 28 days before the next billing date on August 1st.

If you email us on July 8th, you will be billed for August, but you can cancel your membership going forward from September.

If you have a monthly membership and default on the payment, you will not be able to purchase another monthly membership again.

Class packs and drop-ins will still be available for your purchase.

Monthly memberships are still subject to our regular class cancellation policy.

Monthly Members may avail of complimentary sessions as part of their membership. Complimentary sessions are flexibility and open training only. Chrome members will receive 1 flexibility OR open training session. Brass will get 1 flexibility and 1 open training. Stainless Steel will get 3 complimentary passes for either flexibility or open training. These complimentary classes are non-transferable.

Class Pack Policy

Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Clients have 4 weeks from the registration date of the first class they book to use their remaining credits.

E.g. if you buy your credits on the 1st of May, book your first class on May 5th, the 4 week timer begins on May 5th and you have 4 weeks from that date to use the remaining class credits.

• If you cancel a class less than 24 hours before the class start time, you lose the credit.

• If you cancel a class more than 24 hours before the class start time, your credit will be returned to you and you can rebook a different class (within your 4 week period). Please note that rebooking is your responsibility.

Private/Group/Hen Party Class Policy

Group lessons and hen parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking. The rest of the payment will be due up to a week before the date that the class is booked for.

Private lessons may be subject to a non-refundable deposit with the rest of the payment due before the class commences.

If the client is a no-show or arrives late to a private or group lesson, they are not entitled to a full or partial refund and the session will not be rescheduled.

If House of Pole needs to reschedule a private or group lesson, the client will be offerde a full refund or an alternative date/time.
