Thursdays 19:30-20:30
Intermediate/Advanced Heels
There's no better way to slink into the weekend than with a deliciously sinful heels class. As if the name doesn't say it all, this class requires you to unlock your inner filth demons and invoke your inner sinner to writhe around the pole.
Do you want to improve your flow? Do you live to dance and let go? Then this is the class for you.
Students of this intermediate-level choreography class can expect to work on being more comfortable with fast-paced (and sometimes slow and gooey) routines and learning to let go, feel the music and express themselves through dance.
Heels and kneepads are recommended but not required.
Pre-requisites: Experience of dancing in heels at intermediate level or above
Please bring: Pole heels, kneepads, layers (the choreo may require different grip points), a bottle of water, a cloth to clean your pole and grip-aid if required.
Mondays 20:30-21:30
Beginner Heels
This class is all about letting go of the day's stresses and learning to move in heels. Beginner heels is a beginner level choreo class which will cater for people who have never worn heels before and people who have some experience but would like to get more confident. Expect to learn the fundamentals of heels dancing in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. You will learn different routines each week and will have a chance to video your dance at the end of class.
Heels and kneepads are recommended but not required. If you do not have pole heels yet, you can dance in socks.
Pre-requisites: None! This class is for absolute heels novices and people who are still getting to grips with dancing in heels.
Please bring: Pole heels, kneepads, layers (the choreo may require different grip points), a bottle of water, a cloth to clean your pole and grip-aid if required.

Introduction to Pole (Beginners)
This class is for people who have never been on a pole before, or perhaps who have taken a long break and wish to revisit the fundamentals of pole dance. You will be in a supportive group environment of fellow beginners where you will learn the spins, poses and transitions that make up the basics of pole dance. Your teacher will lead you in a group warm-up of conditioning and flexibility exercises to help prepare you for the moves in class. Our instructors are there to demonstrate, assist and guide you through the basics of pole in a fun and relaxed way that is sure to leave you wanting more of this fantastic art form.
Pre-requisites: Zero! This class is for absolute beginners.
Please bring: Layers (different pole moves require different parts of the body to grip the pole so please wear different layers to ensure you're ready for whatever the lesson may be. A bottle of water to stay hydrated is recommended as is a cloth to clean the pole between uses.
Wednesdays 20:00-21:00
Spin Pole (Int.+)
For those who love to spin! Like most things in life, that beautiful spinny flow doesn't happen overnight. Dive in and work on beautiful and flowy spinny combos and choreos to take your training to the next level.
Expect to learn the tips and tricks to nail that ballerina by working on shoulder mobility as well as dancing through spin in our mesmerising class routines. Heels are suitable for this class, but they are not mandatory.
Pre-requisites: You must have completed our Introduction to Pole course or equivalent and be able to climb the pole on spin.
Please bring: Layers (the moves may require different grip points), heels are optional, a bottle of water, a cloth to clean your pole and grip-aid if required.

Intermediate Pole Class
This class is for people who are gaining strength and looking to expand their pole repertoire. It is for those students who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to take on new challenging shapes and combos.
Our instructors will continue to help you condition for reaching your pole goals. They will demonstrate, assist and guide you through new moves to expand your pole vocabulary and grow your love of pole.
Pre-requisites: You must be working on or have achieved your invert.
Please bring: Layers (the moves may require different grip points) a bottle of water, a cloth to clean your pole and grip-aid if required.

Beginner 2 Pole Class
This is where the real fun begins! This class is for people who have completed our Introduction to Pole class or the equivalent. You will be in a supportive group environment of fellow improvers where you will learn spins, poses, short combos and start work on inverting.
Our instructors will continue to help you condition for reaching your pole goals. They will demonstrate, assist and guide you through new moves to expand your pole vocabulary and grow your love of pole.
Pre-requisites: You must have completed our Introduction to Pole course or equivalent.
Please bring: Layers (the moves may require different grip points) a bottle of water, a cloth to clean your pole and grip-aid if required.
Mondays 18:30-19:30
Flexibility
Nail all of those flexy pole moves by coming to your weekly flex class. Your instructor will lead you through a series of active and passive stretches to guide you on your flexibility journey. Every class will have engaging and dynamic movements as well as strengthening exercises in order to safely stretch to new limits. Expect to work towards your flexibility goals, whether that's front splits, a backbend or just opening up your shoulders after a long week sitting at a desk.
This is an open level class, suitable for those who can't (yet!) touch their toes as well as more advanced students of flexibility. Looking to finally achieve that ballerina or bird of paradise? Make room in your diary for your weekly flex class.
Pre-requisites: None! This class is for absolute beginners to flexibility and pole alike as well as the more flexible pole student looking to perfect their split or backbend. You do not need to practice pole to get the benefit of this class.
Please bring: Layers and plenty of water
Wednesdays 19:00-20:00
Intermediate/Advanced Pole Class
This class is for people who are gaining strength and looking to expand their pole repertoire even further. It is for those students who have been practicing pole for some time are ready to take on new challenging shapes and combos.
Our instructors will continue to help you condition for reaching your pole goals. They will demonstrate, assist and guide you through new moves to expand your pole vocabulary and grow your love of pole.
Pre-requisites: You must have achieved your invert.
Please bring: Layers (the moves may require different grip points) a bottle of water, a cloth to clean your pole and grip-aid if required.
Tuesdays 18.30-19:30
Beginner 2/3 Pole Class
This is where the real fun begins! This mixed-level class is for people who have completed our Introduction to Pole class or the equivalent. You will be in a supportive group environment of fellow improvers where you will learn spins, poses, short combos and start work on inverting.
Our instructors will continue to help you condition for reaching your pole goals. They will demonstrate, assist and guide you through new moves to expand your pole vocabulary and grow your love of pole.
Pre-requisites: You must have completed our Introduction to Pole course or equivalent.
Please bring: Layers (the moves may require different grip points) a bottle of water, a cloth to clean your pole and grip-aid if required.
Saturdays 12:30-14:30
Open Training
Open training is a 2-hour period in which students can come to the studio and practice moves that they learned in class.
Maybe you needed more time to nail that new trick? Perhaps you'd like to keep pracing that gorgeous new choreo you learned to get the perfect video? Or maybe you've got a performance coming up you need to rehearse for? Then open training is for you!
As this is NOT a class, students will be expected to be responsible for their own training, and to practice safe pole habits. As such, this is not suitable for absolute beginners and students will need to have finished our Introduction to Pole course or equivalent to sign up.
Pre-requisites: You must have completed our Introduction to Pole course or equivalent. This session is only open to Beginner 2 and up.
Please bring: Layers, heels if necessary, a bottle of water, a cloth to clean your pole and grip-aid if required.

Private Classes
Private classes are the perfect way to nail specific moves you're struggling with, put together routines for competitions or performances or just to learn something specific from one of our skilled instructors. They are also suitable for students who may not enjoy learning in a group environment.
These lessons are only available in our Blacklion studio. Lessons are available on a private (1 student -1 teacher) or semi-private (2/3 students - 1 teacher) basis. Please DM or email for rates and availability. Prices are available under the "pricelist" tab on the website menu.
