Monthly Memberships Explained
Monthly memberships give you access to a number of class credits to allocate as you wish before the month is out. This membership could be used to book the same classes each week, or a mix and match, similar to class packs.
Monthly memberships are a recurring payment that is debited on the 1st of each month. There is a minimum obligation of 3 months commitment, after which you can cancel the membership with 28 days' notice over email.
You can purchase this membership at any time (it will be prorated if you join mid-month) but future payments will always be taken on the first of the month until you cancel your membership. So if you start your membership on the 17th of April, you will be charged a prorated fee to attend class from that date onwards, and then the full membership fee again on the 1st of May with your full number of pack credits.
Among the benefits of being a monthly member is the access to up to 3 complimentary class sessions depending on your tier. Complimentary sessions are flexibility and open training only. Chrome members will receive 1 flexibility OR open training session. Brass will get 1 flexibility and 1 open training. Stainless Steel will get 3 complimentary passes for either flexibility or open training.
Monthly plan members will also be able to avail of a discount on drop-in classes. They can access drop-ins for just €17 in the case that they want to book into more classes than their membership currently allows. If they discover they want to take more classes than their tier allows for, they can contact us for an upgraded membership. e.g. from Chrome to Brass.
Monthly Chrome Membership: 4 class credits per month (+1 complimentary session): €65
Monthly Brass Membership: 8 class credits per month (+2 complimentary sessions): €120
Monthly Stainless Steel Membership: 12 class credits per month (+3 complimentary sessions): €180
Cancelling your Monthly Membership
We understand that life and circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your Monthly Membership. Before purchase , please be aware that once you register for monthly memberships, there is a mandatory period of 3 months before you can cancel.
This means if you sign up to a monthly membership on April 1st, the earliest you can cancel is July. Pro-rated months where you begin your membership after the 1st of the month do not count towards the 3 month total.
How to cancel?
Simply get in touch with us by email 28 days before your next billing date to cancel.
For example, you started your membership in March it is now July and you wish to cancel your payment for August. We must be notified before July 4th as that is 28 days before the next billing date on August 1st.
If you email us on July 8th, you will be billed for August, but you can cancel your membership going forward from September.
If you have a monthly membership and default on the payment, you will not be able to purchase another monthly membership again.
Class packs and drop-ins will still be available for your purchase.

Class Packs Explained
Class packs allow the user to have flexibility in booking their classes. You can buy 4,8 or 12 class credits at any time. You can then use these credits to book classes within a 4 week time window. This window begins from the date of your first booked class.
The pack system allows you to mix'n'match your classes. For example, if you usually attend "Intermediate Pole Class" but you have a work commitment that week, you can book into "Spin Pole" instead.
If your schedule is always changing, you can wait until the day of a class to book into it - but beware, sometimes if you wait too late, the class may become full.
When classes are full, you may join a waitlist. If someone cancels the class, you will be notified by email and given a chance to take the newly freed-up space.

Drop-In Classes
Explained
Drop-in classes are a once-off purchase for a specific class session. They are especially useful for people who are just visiting the studio or want to try out a session before committing to a pack or membership. They are a one time purchase and must be used for the class they are purchased for only. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. Drop-in single sessions in both studios cost €24 each.
Studio Rental
Studio rental involves you renting the entire studio to yourself. This is available in Blacklion. Greystones only. Studio rental is for your own personal private training. It can be shared with a friend but it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to host a private class during a studio rental session.
Member rate: €35 for 1 hour/ €50 for 2 hours
Non-member rate: €40 for 1 hour/ €70 for 2 hours
Members are defined as clients with a current active class pack or membership at time of booking.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are the perfect opportunity to work on the material that YOU want to learn. They are available for a variety of reasons from competition/show prep to 1-1 guidance for nailing your dream trick. Some people use private lessons as a way to dip their toe into pole and find out if they like it in a private setting before joining group classes. These lessons can also be shared with one or more friends!
Private lessons are available with any of our instructors, availability permitting. All private lessons are 1 hour long and will consist of material you request to work on. To book one of these sessions, please contact us directly through email or Instagram.
1-1 private lesson €65 per person
2-1 private lesson €45 per person
3-1 private lesson €35 per person

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is busy and sometimes you may have to cancel a class. We remind all members that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
• If you cancel a class less than 24 hours before the class start time, you lose the credit.
• If you cancel a class more than 24 hours before the class start time, your credit will be returned to you and you can rebook a different class (within your 4 week period). Please note that rebooking is your responsibility.
To avoid forfeiting credits due to late cancellations:
If last minute schedule changes are something that happens to you frequently, then perhaps wait until the day of the class to book into it).
If you must make a late cancellation and your class is full, please cancel the class on the system to allow people on the waitlist to take your place. Be sound!
